Synopsis

Violet, a young girl once known only as "the weapon," is left emotionless and physically scarred following a brutal war. Her only tether to humanity is the final words of her commander, Major Gilbert: "I love you." To understand these words, she becomes an Auto Memory Doll—a scribe who transcribes the unspoken feelings of others into letters. As she travels to various clients, from a dying mother to a lovestruck princess, Violet slowly pieces together her own shattered heart and learns what it truly means to be human.
