How to Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you've decided to leave Animeverse, this guide will walk you through the process of permanently deleting your account and data.

Permanent Action

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your watchlist, reviews, scores, and community discussions will be permanently removed from our servers.

1Access Your Profile

Log in to your account and navigate to your profile page. You can do this by clicking on your avatar in the top navigation bar and selecting Profile.

2Open the Options Menu

On your profile page, find the Edit Profile button. Next to it, you will see a three-dots (More options) icon. Click on this icon to open the settings menu.

3Select Delete Account

In the menu that appears, select Delete Account. A confirmation dialog will appear to ensure this is what you want to do.

4Confirm Deletion

Read the warning message carefully. If you are certain, click on Permanently Delete. Your account will be immediately deactivated and scheduled for deletion.

What happens to my data?

  • Your profile and username will be removed.
  • Your entire anime watchlist and ratings will be erased.
  • All your posts and replies in the community feed will be deleted.
  • Any followers or following relationships will be disconnected.
