Synopsis
The story follows 17-year-old Suzume Iwato, who lives in a quiet town in Kyushu. Her life changes when she meets Souta Munakata, a "Closer" searching for mysterious doors. Suzume accidentally opens a door in a mountain ruin, unknowingly unleashing "Worms"—supernatural entities that cause devastating earthquakes when they pass through portals.
