Synopsis

The story follows Gorou Amamiya, an obstetrician and huge fan of idol superstar Ai Hoshino. Fate takes a bizarre turn when Ai arrives at his clinic pregnant. On the night of her delivery, Gorou is murdered by a stalker, only to be reincarnated as one of Ai’s twin children, Aquamarine Hoshino, retaining all his past memories. His sister, Ruby, is similarly the reincarnation of one of his former patients.
