Synopsis

Set several years before Izuku Midoriya met All Might, this prequel follows Koichi Haimawari, a college student with a "modest" sliding quirk who failed the hero licensing exams. Determined to help his community, he becomes a "Gentle Hero" doing small good deeds. His life changes when he's recruited by the brutal brawler Knuckleduster and the street idol Pop☆Step to form a team of vigilantes. Together, they investigate the "Villain Factory" and the illegal drug Trigger, while crossing paths with younger versions of Pro Heroes like Eraser Head and Midnight.
