Synopsis

An unnamed, detached high school student finds a diary in a hospital waiting room titled "Living with Dying." He soon discovers it belongs to his popular, bubbly classmate, Sakura Yamauchi, who reveals she is secretly suffering from a terminal pancreatic illness.
