Synopsis

Following the "Heath Oslo" incident, the anti-terrorist organization CIRS has been made public, leading to the creation of a new, covert agency called SORD (Social Ops, Research & Development). Mihama Academy, once a school for troubled students, has been repurposed as a specialist training ground where misfit girls are trained as elite operatives for national defense.
