Synopsis

Set in Snowfield, USA, years after the Fifth Holy Grail War in Japan, a new "False" Holy Grail War begins. However, the system is fundamentally broken—missing servant classes, impossible summons, and a city designed as a literal slaughterhouse. As the legendary King of Heroes Gilgamesh and his rival Enkidu take the field, a mysterious girl named Ayaka Sajyou is dragged into a conflict involving police task forces, dead apostles, and mages who play by their own rules.
