Elfen Lied

Synopsis

The story centers on "Diclonius," a mutated species with horns and invisible telekinetic arms called "vectors." Lucy, a high-ranking Diclonius, escapes from a high-security research facility, leaving a trail of destruction behind. However, she is struck in the head during her escape, causing her to develop a second, childlike personality named "Nyu." Two college students find her on a beach and decide to take her in, completely unaware of her lethal nature or the shadowy organizations and military units hunting her down.
