Synopsis

In a world where the seasons do not change naturally, they are ushered in by "living deities" known as the Agents of the Four Seasons. Each Agent is accompanied by a devoted Guard, and together they travel the land to perform rituals that trigger the transition of the weather. Ten years ago, Hinagiku, the Agent of Spring, was kidnapped, and the season of spring vanished from the world entirely, leaving only a cycle of Summer, Autumn, and Winter. Her bodyguard, Sakura, never gave up hope and spent a decade searching for her. Now, Hinagiku has suddenly returned, but she is scarred by the trauma of her disappearance. The story follows their journey to restore spring to a world that has forgotten it, while confronting the guilt and political conspiracies that led to Hinagiku's abduction.
